Refund and Correction Policy

We want your translation to be right. This policy explains how we fix errors, how to report a concern and what a payment covers.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Errors on our side

If a translation contains an error that we made, such as a mistranslation, an omitted line or a name that does not match the original, we correct it and reissue the certified translation at no charge, as many times as needed until it matches the original.

How to report a concern

Tell us through the contact form on the Get a quote page. Include your order details, the page and line, and what the original shows. Please report concerns within 30 days after delivery, so that we still have your working files. We will review your concern and tell you what we will do.

Changes you ask for

If you ask for a change that is not an error on our side, for example a different name spelling than the one on the original document, or new instructions given after delivery, we will tell you before we start whether there is a charge.

Payments and refunds

We review your documents before we quote, and you pay only after you accept the quote. For that reason, payments are final and not refundable.

What we do instead: if a translation contains an error on our side, we correct it and reissue it as many times as needed, at no charge, until it matches the original.

Acceptance by an agency

Because we do not control those decisions, an agency, school or court not accepting a translation is not a reason for a refund. If an office tells you what is missing, send it to us and we will tell you what we can fix.
