Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to translation orders placed with Linguapair. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Our services
Linguapair provides translations of documents between Spanish and English, together with a signed certification of translation accuracy. We provide translation services only. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal or immigration advice, and we are not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. See the Professional-services notice.
Quotes and prices
Standard documents are priced at $10 per standard page, where a standard page is up to 250 source words, with a $15 minimum order. Rush service adds 50% of the order total. Handwritten, blurry or technical documents start at $20 per standard page. Bulk orders are priced in a written proposal: $8 per standard page from 20 pages in a month and $7 from 100. Every quote states the price and a delivery date before you commit. Prices on this website are estimates until we confirm them in a quote.
Orders and payment
An order begins when you accept a quote. Payment terms are stated in the quote. We accept Zelle and card payments through a secure Wise payment link. Payments are final and not refundable; see the Refund and Correction Policy. We begin work when we have your complete, readable documents and the payment or arrangement described in the quote.
Your responsibilities
- Send complete and readable documents: every page, both sides, with stamps and handwritten notes visible.
- Tell us how names should be spelled if they differ between documents.
- Only send documents you are entitled to share.
- Check the receiving agency’s current requirements. We cannot know what a particular office will accept.
Delivery
We deliver finished translations and the signed certification as digital PDF files. Delivery dates are confirmed in your quote. They depend on our receiving everything we need from you, and we do not promise delivery times beyond those stated in your quote.
Certification
Each certified translation includes a signed statement that the translator is competent to translate from the source language into the target language and that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of the translator’s knowledge and ability. Unless a quote says otherwise, Linguapair does not provide notarization or apostille services.
No guarantee of acceptance
Agencies, courts, schools and evaluators set their own requirements and decide what to accept. We do not guarantee that any agency will accept a translation, or the outcome of any application.
Corrections, cancellations and refunds
See our Refund and Correction Policy.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Linguapair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays or denials in any application. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
You keep your rights in your original documents. Once an order is paid, you may use the translation for the purpose it was ordered for. The Linguapair name, logo and website content belong to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you accept the quote.
